How do you mod this game? And what's the easiest way?
Can some one help??

1. download a iso of the game u want to mod ..
2. find the mods u want to use ..
3. add the modded files to the iso of the game ..
4.burn the iso to disc ...
5.. take apart your xbox so you can touch the disc while it spins ..
6. hotswap the original game with the modded iso dvd ..
7 enjoy your modded gta ..

just a summery of what u have to do hope this helped

And can you download and iso of the Internet? And can it just be any rewritable cd?

You can download any iso from the internet... Google the iso.
