I have a theory that the Government is planning a genocide related massacre. Why you might ask? Well here are a few reasons:
1. A few months ago the Government bought 2 billion rounds of HOLLOW POINT ammunition. So what? You might ask. Here are a few facts about hollow point rounds
1. Hollow point rounds are BANNED by the UN (United Nations)
2. Only Homeland Security uses these rounds
3. For those of you who don't know what hollow point ammunition is, when the round comes in contact with anything it burst, like a miniature R.P.G. if you will, which is really effective for massacres
2. If any of you remember a few months back, FEMA started making mass graves for no reason really.
3. If any of you remember that guy that posted about someone who supposedly "traveled back in time from the year 2063" or something like that, it mentioned that the Government would take away our guns little by little (this was written back in '05) AND that the Government would -Unfortunetly- kill off us Christians. I do not believe that it was actually someone from the future but what it might be is someone that works in the Pentagon that knows of soon to be future acts that will destroy America.
4. This isn't really to related but just to show you how limited our rights rally are. See a man by the name of Karl Marx wrote the 10 Planks of Communist Manifesto. In this it basicaly states how to run a Communist Government and is kind of a rip off of the 10 Commandments. In these our Government openly accepted 4 of them but unofficially accepts 6. We share SIX traits with Communist countries.

What I think might happen is the Government might get all of one group together (hopefully NOT Christians) and commit mass Genocide. Why? I honestly have no clue but again this is just a theory

This is just a theory, although I fear it might happen, though I highly doubt it, most of it that is. So tell me what you think. Many coincidences or something else...

I'm only 14 by the way so don't criticize too harshly on grammar and punctuation.

It's not so much like a burst from an RPG(If your meaning it explodes like one from the impact) but it does fragment part of the shell and expand to about 3X it's size on impact giving a bigger exit wound and more internal damage. The velocity of the impact is what causes it to expand because of the lead and copper deforming.

About the rounds didn't Homeland Security buy around 350-450 million hollow point rounds last year as well?

The miniature R.P.G. was a bit of an exaggeration but that is essentially what I meant.

Ok because I did get what you meant with the using the RPG as an example, an RPG sends our fragmentation as does the hollow point both on impact. Both need to hit something hard for them to work properly. Only difference is the hollow point has a a hydra shock cut into it the bullets cavity so clothing and flesh doesn't stop it when it impacts, but instead has it spin, cut and expand through what it's being shot at.

Well yeah that's basically what I said just in a form so normal people can understand it.

Yes and I agree. I don't see the Government going out and killing (no racial) every **** in America. I think there will be a gradual turn in events for the worse then BAM!
