Upload it to your computer then, upload to YouTube, then post the link of the video here.

There's no way to embed a video file into a forum post other than youtube I don't think. I mean I guess you could upload it to another video hosting site and copy the link, but theres no way to upload it strait from your computer to your post.

You can always make the video private? Or you can find another site to upload videos.
