Try using your social networking sites to get your name out there. Try to contact your followers asking then to check out your channel and they may occationally Retweet things you send them, broadcasting your channel to their followers to!

Facebook can also help as friends and family will always be more willing to check out your content and may tell other people about your videos for you to create a wider audience.

Try to do collaborations on YouTube to help share subscribers with each, whether it's a Live video or a gaming collaboration. This will allow more traffic to flow towards you channel.
