First of all, it will be called the XboxONE, and maybe if people can get the console before the updates and new versions of the console start, then they can exploit it before microsoft picks up on it.

I think that this console can be jtagged.. it might be easier too.. because its more like a CPU now.. but you will get banned faster.. there are prob 1,000s of security checks.

More like a CPU? A CPU is a processor. Its going to be nearly impossible because Xbox One will have 300,000 server compared to 15,000 on the 360.
