My mom brought me her computer and asked me if I could save some file from her hardrive because she was having problem with it. This is what I saw.

Have to say that it almost had me going...

This rogue displays false alerts that are designed to make you think that your computer has hard disk problems that have lead to corrupt and missing data. It displays these alerts in order to scare you into purchasing the program so that you can fix these issues. In reality, though, there is nothing wrong with your hardware or data, so these error messages should be ignored.
I started the system in Safe mode with networking and downloaded Rkill and iExplore.exe to end the processes that belong to System Fix so that it does not interfere with the cleaning procedure, then downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. When the scan was over and I removed all infected files I had to download Unhide to make my files visible again. The only problem I have now is that I have no Internet connections and when I try to troubleshoot problems it gives me the following error.
Packgage ID: unknown

Path: C:Windows\diagonstic\system\networking

Error code: 0x80070426

Context: Restricted

I tried booting in the Command Promp and turning my License on/off without success.

Anyone can help me?

Unless you've already recovered the system you could check to see if the malware disabled network adaptors or drivers.
