your buying a 1000$ build with a horrible gpu?

if i was you i would lower down to 600w 1000 is overkill especially with that gpu lol!

windows 8 sucks, i say you should get windows 7

what is this going to be used for?

You can go way cheaper and still be able to play on high/max settings. It's your first build and you were going to overpay for it. I made some edits, hope they help.

-Same CPU, MB, Cooler(optional)
-600W PSU

I have a good build that will run fine on high settings that costs around $520.

Power supply is way overkill for the build. You don't need liquid cooling, just go with a regular heatsink, maybe a coolermaster one. Also you probably don't need a blu ray disc reader. You won't need all 16GB of ram either, 8GB would be a better option. BUT YOU NEED A BETTER GRAPHICS CARD, FOR A GAMING COMPUTER, THE GPU IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!!!!!
