Well first of all cancel all your debit cards. Like right this second. Can't believe you haven't done that yet... Now I'm not familiar with bootcamp or macs in general, but I would back up your information stored on the bootcamp image, (by info I mean like maybe some gamesaves and pictures, don't back up that save modder you downloaded), and re-install everything. That's one way to be completely sure they can no longer do anything. But if you really don't want to do that, download malwarebytes and run it.

And also, make sure you stay offline for the time being. Use another computer or your cell phone to monitor this thread.

EDIT I kind of misread the topic at first and read it as your computer account was hacked using a RAT or something. Just do what Kind wrote below me for your MS account. But still do as I said above and cancel your debit cards.

already cancelled my card, and deleted they program, but like can they still keylogg, im running spybot right now, is my mac side infected?

1) Cancel any cards they have and order new ones
2) Clean up any sensitive data
3) Move anything you need on your computer to a separate drive and wipe your computer.

Viruses can root into system files, causing you to have viruses without your knowledge. Better to be safe then sorry.

4) Contact Microsoft and your local police.

Make sure they really do have this information though.

What they are doing is illegal and if they have access to all of that and you have proof, Microsoft can forward the IP address of those gamertags to the police for investigations if there is enough evidence.

I'm not sure how bootcamp works, but viruses can burrow into system files. I would just reinstall your operating system and back up only the data you need on a flash drive, saves you from accidentally saving a virus.
