That setup looks pretty terrible.

100% 7 ply Canadian Maple - This is not that bad.
Hot pressed with American stiff glue - Not bad.
31" x 7.5" stained finish deck - Length is fine, but if you have a 7.5", you should have about size 7 or 8 shoes.
ABEC 7 chrome bearings - Terrible.
53mm x 30mm SHR 99A wheels - Doesn't really say much about the wheels, so I'm assuming they aren't good.
5" Aluminium Pro Trucks - Aluminum isn't bad, but it says "pro" trucks...
95A SHR Cushions - These are pointless
Full length grip tape - It doesn't say the brand.

Also, the fact that it is only $65 is a bad sign.

Next, understand that you will need to spend at least twice as much to get a decent setup. Here is something that I suggest.
Deck: Enjoi. Look for a width about half of an inch less than your shoe size.
Trucks: Any type of Independent
Wheels: Spitfires. I suggest these [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Bearings: Bones Reds or Super Reds. If you have enough, get Bones Swiss.
Grip: Mob.

Here's an example: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Once you have a board, you are going to want to solely practice riding for a while before you even attempt any tricks. Once you are comfortable with riding, learn how to ollie. Once you have that down, learn a pop shove it. From there, learn a kickflip. etc.
Keep in mind that skating is better withother people. If you have no one, keep an iPod with you.
Lastly, don't buy anything because it looks cool. Especially griptape.

If you need any other help, feel free to ask.

I've been skating for over like 7 years know, I usually go to websites such as zumiez.com, ccs.com, skateboardwarehouse.com. ccs.com and zunmiez.com Have really good deals and you can actually make your own skateboard for really cheap with good parts.[url]http://shop.ccs.com/skateboardbuilder/

Well it looks good but you should get the greatest brand out.
