I see the point that you guys are saying, but the fact of the matter is, its hundreds of pounds on a video game. Th most ive ever spent is 40 pounds for a premium account on battlefield 3. I got so much more out of that than all the packs in fifa. Its fine enough to spend some money, but there should be a limit.

It's because those sports games practically force you to pay to even get decent teams. People get addicted to the rush of opening card packs, and apparently some people go over the top. I spent at least 100 USD on NHL 13 and my team still sucks, so i pretty much gave up. Some people go even more overboard then i felt like i did, just because they are greedy and they want to be the best.

I have spent not quite 100 hundred on packs but I have to say it has given me a much better then average team, my reason for spending money on packs is that I have a part time job outside of studies which gives an expendable income, frankly, spending money on packs for me is a little like playing the lottery, I know I will not likely get anywhere with it but I look upon it as a bit of a gamble with a fun twist, if people are spending money they can't afford to lose on packs that is quite silly but that is their mistake to make and I'm fine with that

I know but if they like the game there going to spend money on it.

Everyone wastes money on games. People who get CoD Dlc's pay real money. And sometimes you pay for maps you hate.
