what dash do you use i had same problem useing fsd and didnt kno that i had to unload the system link patch in setting before trying to system link to my rgh

EDIT: (I have the patch working, the only think that's stopping me now is system linking, because its as if my Xbox is totally invisible to my retail)..

put dash launch 3.07 on your rah/jtag run it go dash board try again and you can join

I already have Dash Lauch 3.07 on it lol.. it mite be FSD3 that's causing it actually.. or the System link patch.. i'll have a look.. thanks for helping guys!..

EDIT: also with the TU's... Is it that you have to place All the TU's in the HDD/cache and the current TU4 in the games $SystemUpdate folder.. is that right???

if you still cannont do it at the end just delete everything and re do it or might be your addapter

Theres no adaptor involved atm mate.. its just an Ethernet cable from one Xbox to another.. i personally think its the update's (i think i've placed them in wrong) but i cant understand how?..

It won't work if you have the two xboxs connected to each other, you need to connect both consoles to your internet modem.

i dont have any TU files on my jtag just get the latest default_mp.xex

YES!!! actually thats not true.. because 1) it just does.. there's no other way of saying it.. and 2) I'VE JUST DONE IT!.. X-D [[and before you get confused about what I've just typed literally just plug the Ethernet straight from your JTAG/RGH to your retail and that's it!! assuming that both your games have the same TU's obviously]]..

P.S. Guys i think i found the problem... it was Freestyle 3 (FSD3) that was causing it, i really don't know why but all i can say is that since i uninstalled it from Dashlauch it seems to be working!.. Thank you so much for your help guys!! it is really appreciated!!
