Well i have been thinking off getting a Video Recorder to record some game plays and some glitches
i just don't know what to get. I am looking for a good quality recorded that i can get for a decent price.

Yeah Elgato is suppose to be great quality. I have a Hauppauge I'd be willing to sell you for cheap via Ebay (so there's no scamming on either end). I bought it a few months ago and never had a reason to use it.... Kinda forgot I had it.

Get a Dazzle. It's the highest quality recorder, and it's a pretty good price.

If you want a cheap good one get the Roxio, but if you want to pay more for better quality get the Elgato

There is minor quality difference and its not worth the price for the difference in my opinion

Do not get this! It's the cheapest for a reason.. Worst Quality because it's not in HD. Simplest cuz there is nothing to work with. Go for a Hauppauge HDPVR. Look up reviews on Youtube. Look up these: Hauppauge, Dazzler, Roxio.
