If we could travel to the future to kill our older selves what would happen?

If you killed yourself, you would no longer exist.

If you no longer existed you wouldnt of been able to travel in time and kill yourself in the first place.

So it is a paradox.

There are many paradoxes related with time travel, this is one of the reasons 'Time Travel' will never be possible, ever.

You die because you cant go back to the past to live to that point and see what will happen.

You would kill yourself as an older being, then when that dy actually came, you would see your younger self now killing your older self.

There is many paradox's in math yet we still use maths in everyday calculations.
I do belief if the human race lives long enough which it probably won't time travel will be a thing and be an issue if the wrong people get their hands on it.

OT: If you die in the future your present body would die and your future self would cease to exist.
