Make sure to know that Ivy bridge CPU (The one you listed) Will not be able to be used unless you have a Sandy Bridge CPU that you can update the BIOS for the Ivy Bridge CPU.

Also a use a calculator to find out how much power you need but I would think a 600w is good enough for it but I am not 100% sure.

A 600w unit, especially a mediocre one like that, is not enough for that build overclocked. I would suggest a quality 650w or 750w unit.
