Jungle: Vi, Zac, Fiddle, J4(Jarvan)

If you are new to the game (With that much ip, I assume you have some experience), don't go with some of the more difficult to play champs.

toplane:Riven, Jayce, Nidalee

Midlane:Ahri, Dianna, leblanc

botlane(adc then supp):ezreal, miss fortune, caitlyn--Taric, leonna, blitzcrank

jungle:jarvan IV, Rengar,Lee Sin

Those are a few realy fun champs to play for 6300 or less lol.

My personal favs are Riven, Jayce and Jarvan IV

I think Jarvan would be a great pick, been having a good time jungling with him lately. He is only 4800.

those two and jayce amazing late game early game and late game for all and they all have nice skins though voli is getting new one soon, id advise using jayce for bot lane aswell but he is terrible jungle and kha'zix can go anywhere. My 3 GOTO champions for sure even when i was gold (yes that is shit and its the highest elo i have ever been at). have fun

Is there a difference for TOP and BOT lane? isnt it the same

Since you asked about lanes and the difference I thought I'd give you a little run down of the meta right now and then give a few examples of champions for each role.

The standard meta right now is to send a tanky bruiser with some sustain top lane and then send and ad carry and a support bot lane.

The current meta is something along these lines:

Top: Usually solo, tanky, some sustain, can be either AP or AD
Mid: Ususally AP but there are also games where an AD bruiser with high damage can work mid lane (AD may die down mid due to future fort pot nerfs but you never know)
Bot: AD bot lane with ranged auto attacks/abilities, high dps, and preferably an escape (Caitlyn is a great example). Bot lane also usually has a champion whose specif task is to keep their AD carry safe and help them farm (get minion kills) and also help in team fights. Good supports include Thresh, Sona, Leona, etc...
Jungle: Can be either AD or AP. This role is to help other lanes get kills. The best way to gank is to have good hard CC (crowd control) and/or a gap closer. Champions with those attributes thrive in the jungle.



A few champions for each lane (a few that I personally like):

Top: Rumble, Cho Gath (my person favorite), khazix, Jayce, Renekton
Mid: Karthus, Twisted Fate (really good right now), Khazix (op right now so he can go anywhere really), Ahri, Katarina
Jungle: Hecarim, Nasus, Nocturn, Jarvan IV, Cho gath (his passive makes his jungle really easy)
Bot:
AD Carry: Caitlyn, Draven, Tristana (slowly becomming more popular again), Graves, Varus, Vayne, Ezreal
Support: Thresh, Sona, Blitzcrank (if you can land skill shots), Leona, Lulu, Janna.


Those are just a few champs. There are something like 112 champions in the league and many of them can fill multiple roles.
