Here are the specs, if you want to build this build the budget for it will be 1650 USD, give or take.
Specs
CPU - Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler - Xigmatek Dark Knight II SD1283 Night Hawk Edition 89.5 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard - Asus SABERTOOTH Z77
Memory(RAM) - G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage - Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video card - EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card
Case - Cooler Master HAF 922 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply - Cooler Master GX 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply

That's it, if you have any idea on how i could inprove performance with this build please tell me, also im looking to max out settings on this and for future games(future proof).

amd 7970 or gtx 690 would be great and get a i5k

Really nice build. You will be fine for awhile and you can always throw in another 670 if needed.

The whole idea of a "future proof" pc is a myth, parts always outdate. IF this was a quote on quote future proof pc, it would be X79 format, atleast 32gb ram, huge SSD, A GTX 690 or Dual 680s or crossfire 7970s. Most likely custom liquid cooling. Around a 1000w full modular psu. That would cost around $2500-$3000
