Someone will make one but not everyone will have access to it I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Sure one day there will be, but I don't think anytime soon, as you have to keep in mind that if a method gets released to public it will be patched very soon, so people probably would want to keep things quiet..

is it true the you get ip banned from xbox, your retail would get console banned, and you would have to buy a new retail xbox and change your ip adress if you go on (XBLS)? Thats is what i hear happens?

The ip ban on a xbox is just that xbox so you just unban with a KV
