Nope, Boba Fett is purely the best simply because he is the only person to EVER survive the Sarlacc pit.
In reference to Fett in the Sarlacc's stomach, Despite the hopeless nature of the situation, the bounty hunter manages to ignite his jet pack, causing it to explode; he then uses a concussion grenade to blast himself free from the sarlacc. Fett is the only person known to survive being swallowed by a sarlacc. - "A Barve Like That: The Tale of Boba Fett."
That's why he's the best.

But that is not from the original movie so I didn't know. Obviously they are going to say Boba Fett survived otherwise there would be no point to that book or whatever that is.

I think Jango Fett is the better of the two just because (f I'm correct) he was the one all the clone troopers were modeled off of. To produce a mass army of such caliber and expertise hands down defeats a son's attempt to follow his father's footsteps.
