I need help fixing my turtle beaches.
So when I accidently made my mic fell out when I plugged it back in I could not hear my friends or talk to them
I was just wondering if anybody has any idea of how to fix it?
PS:They are Turtle beaches 42

Make sure they didn't get unplugged out of the TV
Try turning up chat volume

you need to be more specific i have x42s as well maybe try turning it on and off

If you have a rechargeable charge kit for your controller you could plug it in to your controller and it will give your mic power to work thats how i use my turtle beaches its a weird thing...

Turtle Beaches are honestly full of problems,
Your Batteries could be bad in your controller.
Your puck cable could have broke,
You could have broke the Beaches.
