When I Try to redownload my profile it links me to a website for me to sign into and i can't get in as it says someone may be in your account and xbox/microsoft can send me a verify code or anything as my email has changed

Usually the data will be re-downloaded with the account. If not then just go in the download tab on XBL and down the stuff back that your account has.

Not my downlaods, I mean my cod data, GoW ect like Multiplayer data

i think people have been having problems with there xbox live accounts and stuff and i think xbox are trying to sort it out though it says one the hopepage

You can redownload anything on marketplace

Seems like you did. Because you can't "Hack" accounts I know because I am a true hacker. Also, that is the only thing that makes sense other than you tried to mod using modio forgot to press the button that says "ReHash" and messed your account up because you didn't make a backup.
