You need:
1.USB
2.Horizon(go in google and search horizon if you dont have already)
3.The modded save
Once you have everything you need:
1.Download modded save to desktop
2.Make a new skyrim save on your xbox
3.Put new save on your USB from system settings
4.Plug USB in computer and open up Horizon
5.Put your new save and the modded save side by side in Horizon
6.Copy and paste your profile, device, and console ID's into the zeros in the modded save
7.Rehash and resign modded save
8.Put modded save thats on the desktop into the Device Explorer on the right side of Horizon it will replace the other save
9.Plug back in xbox

1.million gold
2.all map markers unlocked
3.health,magicka, and stamina set to 900
4.all skills fully perked up and set to 100
5.all spells
6.all shouts and 60 dragonsouls to unlock them
7.no shout recovery time
8.all materials to build whatever armor you want and a skeleton key plus filled grand soul gems
9.modded carryweight
10.Level 99!
2.all map markers unlocked

To me a save like this ruins the fun, its far too over powered and removes the fun of leveling up.
