Read the comments and posts in this topic, you will see that most people are against Alienware and have every right to - Topic

My opinion on Alienwares;


  • Awful Customer service
  • Expensive to replace broken parts
  • Known to have poor quality parts (hinges etc.)
  • Horrifically overpriced
  • Prebuilt PC
  • Shoddy build quality


Do I need to say anymore? Custom built PC's will dominate Alienware.
