You might just need a new cable! I needed one before my PX21's broke. It could also be interference from an electrical item that's in your room.

Tritons. Ive had mine since last xmas, and no problems. Although, you might want to get rechargeable batteries and a battery charge station, cause they eat through batteries like candy!

Its either your cord that goes in the controller, or your low on battries.

Definatly thinking of getting tritons this time around, although I may just end up using my sisters warranty for my turtle beaches because I have no money.------ For all others, thanks for the help but none of it is working. I think it is probably broken unfortunately. The static is back and I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the wire between the headset and the controller. Thanks for the help though.

Do you have a plug and play in? Your wire from the controller to the headset might be loose or bad. Try to flip the cord from your headset wire to your controller.
