i would just use a public wifi or one i had access too that i knew the owner either didn't have a 360 or plays pc or ps3. or just port forward to a proxy or vpn, 9 times out of 10 the dchp server has already issued all of the remaining IP's out and you end up getting your original one re assigned to your modem so you end up having to go offline for a hour or so in hopes of some one else getting your unleased one so that you can get a new one.
