First of all here's the squad i use, i know not the best squad but its decent.

i just joined division 1 and so far my first 4 matches i've lost, tbh all i've ran into is sweaty 4-5-1 squads. and they all do this messed dribble which goes past my whole squad, (which i don't know how to do) and its unfair on me im not gonna play a division where im going to lose 4-2 every game, can someone give some tips on how to survive division one.

make a 4-5-1 pacey team aswell then

Play a lot of games and get better at the game. Remember, practice makes perfect ;)

The Centerbacks are just way too slow mate.

This is probably why you are getting beat a lot. Your attack seems pretty strong, and so does your Midfield.
