i would say both.all the mods are good for either one.

Original is better for mods I'd say.

I like TBOGT better though.

Original for sp, Gay Tony for online.

I'd say Original because one less modders which means less freezes and two more mods cause no size limit.

GTA TBOGT is best to mod and play, i used to play original for about a year and i always got my mods upto date, ive played TBOGT the last 2 weeks and there is the same amount of modders in both, with TBOGT though you can use mods such as superman mod and green neons and more cars, more weapons and the helicopters fire explosive bullets FTW!!! also you can parachute, fly theres no limit on how high you go on TBOGT, some amazing new cars on TBOGT, TBOGT has a tank which ypu can fire from, there is the same amount of freezers on both, all you need to do is get freeze protection and your sorted. TBOGT is by far the best to mod and play in my eyes.
