I bet they will just like BO2

We cannot start modding the game before it comes out & as a modder myself, I hope GTA V is not modded. but GTA V cannot be modded until PC version comes out if it even does. But for all we know. GTA 5 could have some really good security checks on the game & the files could be totally different making it unmodable. Im hoping the PC version never comes out. PC Version release= Development of Console mods for GTA V

It won't be 5 minutes after the release, or 5 months after the release, try about another year or so. GTA 5 file system & security will be nothing like GTA 4. Rockstar wouldn't make that mistake again. I mean look at Red Dead, we're just now getting into RDR's RPF Files..After so long of the game being released.

They might prevent it i hope they do

but mods make multiplayer on GTA better at least i think so

I won't mind if it's simple car spawning and custom skatepark mods. I don't like any other mods though

You do realise mods take time to develop. People won't be modding it the day it comes out. It will take a good while before any multiplayer mods.
