I've seen this before, and it is strange.
However, that looks like one building drawn with the sun reflecting off one side.
Also, given the nature of the Johnny Bravo cartoon, I am putting it down to necessary coincidence that a burning building, which was an extensively used convention of the action genre before the 9/11 events when it declined in popularity, was used in this cartoon.
I see no foul play here.

Furthermore, given the silly nature of cartoons, and inherently their creators, why would the Illuminati [I'm assuming you're invoking their existence much like every other version of this thread] divulge this information to them?

I've seen a post like this before. Another thing I saw on YouTube a while back was after 9/11 they banned a Pokemon episode which aired in 1998 or 1999 that had buildings being destroyed. I think it's just a coincidence for both as cartoons do have explosions and that stuff.

You know if you add 3 to 911, subtract 5, the number of letters in "osama" then add 100 because I said so. After that, google pictures of sharks, they have 911 teeth..... sharks have known about 911 for this long and didn't release any knowledge?!?!?!
