My specs are
4gb ram
intel quad core i5 2500s 2.7ghz
amd radeon 6770 hd 512 mb

and the system requirements on steam are.
1.5gb ram
intel core 2 duo 1.8ghz
256 mb of video ram
could it be because i downloaded it of pirate bay?
Would it run smooth if i bought it on steam? +rep

GTA IV is HORRIBLY ported to PC, it's even worse optimized than ArmA 2, you can't really do anything about it. I believe that there is a mod that'll fix it somewhere on this site: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
