This is terrifying to anyone in North America not just United States because even if they don't hit Canada the nuculear fallout or shockwave will still hit us.

They've always made threats like this and nothing has happened yet. Kim Jong Il made worse threats than his son, but I've read somewhere that Kim Jong-Un is a psychopath and a four-star general so you never know but I still don't believe they will do anything.
