7 hours of what? Most excercises will start breaking down muscle after 3 hour mark.

I use the following: Get Pumped (creatine), Bulkwhey (proteine) and Aminosour Ampuls. It has worked with me very well, a lot of energy for a lot of hours, and next day I can add 10 pounds or a bit less depending what muscle!

Supplements will only take you so far. If you want to get bigger, just work and push yourself with heavier weights for bigger muscles. Muscles only get bigger with more weight, so use heavier weights even if that means less reps. More reps means tone muscles, more weight means bigger muscles. Also Whey protein is the best supplement because it is a easy to digest protein and protein is what builds muscle. I also like creatine because it hydrates the muscles and opens blood vessels, but you should drink lots of water with this, or else your kidneys could get damaged. Remember, muscle comes from hard work and dedication, supplements only help very little.
