Don't need XBOX live for Neighborhood ... And when i put my IP adresse ( XeXMenu RB. ) Neigh say me " Can't found " ... :S

You need a plug in called XBDM then set that as a plug in on dashlaunch, then go on neighbourhood then add a console then either type in your i.p or just type jtag, It should connect unless you have something wrong with your connection

Note that I have an ip address appearing for it, but I tried connecting to my RGH console using Xbox 360 Neighborhood, and it says it can't connect. Has anyone else had this problem that can help me? Thanks
I have the same problem bro and if i try to test xbox live connection its say dns error if you figgur this out please post back and i dont have xbls but do i need that for it to work?
