Well I deleted some stuff, now I don't have any more threats. What should I do?

what did you download
and just to be safe delete them
and always listen to malware bytes over microsoft security essentials.
and i would recommend Comodo firewall, or sandboxie when you download stuff.

I downloaded tubezilla from cnet downloads. (long story) and I deleted everything I could. Also I just "restored my computer to an earlier time." Does this help anything??

Download it and do one more scan. Don't you have a standard AV?

If its affecting your registry you do have a virus, my first thought is a RAT, due to the fact that they modify registrys to add the RAT to the windows start up. Make sure your SE is fully updated and do a full scan.

No not really, what would you recommend because I am definitely going to go get one.
