I think this thread has gone well past its sell by date, lupo isnt taking him to court hes sat in a corner crying with his ps3 now. The pro is more public about his banning than any of the other moderators and wether you like it or not he isnt doing anything wrong in microsofts eyes, when they ban you they dont want you ont heir service for a reason, if you then evade that ban by buying a new console or making a new account they are unlikely to bother you unless you are a high profile ban (lupo) or you make a big deal out of it (lupo) or you openly tell an xbl moderator you were banned and what you were doing (lupo)

thats the way i see it anyway. Locked.
