100% Working Custom XP Lobby with Bots/Partner finder Text Tutorial


Hey there TTG! Olivia here, and I'm bringing you a re-make of my Text Tutorial of the Custom XP lobby with bots for Black ops 2, where you can rank up, unlock attachments and camos, and complete challenges.

The Post from some kid who's name is like "HDxGamersx" or something, is a copied version of mine, re-worded with garbage grammar.

Now, forgetting about that, let's move on with the tutorial!

Things you need!

A friend/Partner
Nuketown 2025 DLC(Comes with the game.)
Patience, as this will not work the first time, but will work.


Procedure(Steps)!

First thing you want to do is have both you and your partner go into seperate custom games and set it up for Nuketown 2025 Domination.
Next, both partners need to separately go into Public Match>Combat Training>Objective, then back out once it says searching for a game.
Now have one of the partners go into custom game, press the "B" and hover over "Yes".
Next, have the partner who is not in the custom game hover over "Public match" from the menu that allows you to access the Custom Game, Public Match, etc.(Incase you don't know what I mean by, "Hover over." You want the option to be orange, the rest white.)
Now, the partner hovering over public match needs to press the "Y" Button.
After that partner has pressed Y, find your other partners name on the friends list.
Now that you have found your friends name, press the "X" button and then as soon as you press "X" To join the game, repeatedly and rapidly press the "A" button. Also, keep pressing the A button until you're in the lobby.
(This will not work the first time guaranteed, it usually takes 2-3 attempts, although it could take more if your not doing it correct.)
Your friend in custom game hovering over the "Yes" button to back out needs to be watching by his name to see you join, and the minute he sees you join, press the "A" button to back out of the lobby.
If done right, the partner who previously was not in custom game will now be in the custom game, and there will be a message at the bottom, that says "waiting for 1-5" players.
It won't literally say 1-5, it will say any number between that.


Setting up the game!

Now that you're in the game, you want to go over to the bots menu.
Make it so that there are 9 enemy bots.
Put the bot difficulty on Recruit.
If it says waiting for 1 more player, invite your friend, and it will start
If it says two, invite your friend, then another friend(if you have one) that has set up their Nuketown 2025 Domination as well, and gone to combat training.
If you have nobody else who has set it up, invite some recent players, do not invite your friends as it will give them the never ending loop and make them very frustrated.


How to get your friends in!

Make sure they have their custom game set up the same as you.(Nuketown 2025 Domination)
Make sure they go to Combat Training>Objective and back out before they accept your invite.
Make sure that they know it's not always going to get them in.


How to get out of the loop/Errors that sometimes occur.

To get out of the loop just have a friend invite you to a game and accept it, if nobody is online to invite you, you'll have to dashboard.
Keep in mind this is a glitch, and isn't supposed to be in the game, therefore it will not always work, but with my tutorial it will work 98.5% of the time.
Sometimes it puts you into someone elses lobby, just be aware and look out for it, this only happens if it says you need more than 1 person.

I dont have nuketown tho thats the problem :/

I get to the part where it says need "1,3,5" players and i setup Bots: 9; Recruit, then it randomly starts the game before i can inv anyone and it puts me in loop, the searching lobby. I want to do this with just me n a friend. Please help me setup or how to not get loop with me n 1 person.

I'm sure other maps would work it's just Nuketown is small
