Just for those who are struggling to get anywhere...
Step 1) Use the three columns of numbers and compare to the TTG Rules (Column 1 = The rule / Column 2 = The specific word in the rule / Column 3 = The exact letter on the specified word). Doing so will lead you to the user profile of Hudler.
Step 2) Locate the link on the profile page and rearrange it (It is mirrored so it is easy to do) and you will have this link [img] [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] [/img] and if you wish to advance, you best download/save it.
Step 3) You will notice that the file size is large considering it appears to only be an image, so you will want to use WinRAR or 7Zip to explore further. You should come across an image called wizurd. You may want to look at it and find the binary, it is rather amusing.
Step 4) Explore the image to eventually uncover a selection of My Little Pony pictures as well as a Thumbs.db file, Instructions.txt file and a password protected file named "the answer".
Step 5) This is up to you to work out. Maybe the password is located somewhere, maybe you have to brute force it, but then again, you may need to consider some other method of breaking in.

Can't we just brute force the password?
I don't have a clue how the program's work but I heard that in a previous wizard contest people were only able to get the password by brute forcing as it was that hard. Lets hope the password ain't long.

Plus, I don't think you'd win the contest because that isn't using the correct method.

C'mon guys getting to the password is not hard, even I can do it and I'm a mudblood
Only a wizard can work out the password though.
If you really are stuck look at the first 10 pages of this post they explain alot
Also I advise you use 7zip rather than winrar as winrar is crap and doesn't show all the files and sometimes gives errors
