I keep seeing stuff were people are playing like computer games on their phone.
Is there any way that you can actually play games like Runescape, WoW, or even League on your phone?
I have the Galaxy Note 2 if it helps at all.

You can get emulators for old games but you cant play the games you have mentioned. sorry.

No, these games run Java. An Android device cannot run Java even know the platform is Java. The device does run Flash.
