Do you want an ITX PC or an ITX motherboard recommendation? Also, what ITX board you should get completely depends on your budget.

I still can't recommend anything without knowing how much you want to spend. And are you willing to assemble the parts yourself?

I can give you a list of parts suited to an ITX case like the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (it's orange because it's the only they have in stock at the moment), both of which are very nice ITX cases that should be easy to build in.

Props for building your own case. And you might like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , it's also from scratch and one of my favorite builds I've ever seen. Here's what I came up with for a $750 build for an ITX case that supports long graphics cards and regular ATX PSUs.

With this you get integrated WiFi on the motherboard, a graphics card that is essentially a somewhat crippled 7950 (7870 XT which uses Tahiti silicon like the 79XX series, not Pitcairn like the other 78XX series cards.), two free games that are actually good, and a nice promo code on the PSU, although it only last another day or two. However, what you should get heavily depends on how you build the case.

As the other guy said, it really depends on how you build the case. Atm mini itx motherboards are pretty expensive. You could get this cheaper h77 mATX motherboard [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and save $70. And with the $70 you can upgrade to a locked 3570 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

But of course, that's only if you go with a mATX mobo.
