That is sweet, but maybe a little overkill.

That build is fine. Though I personally wouldn't want Windows 8 running on my system.

Thanks Do you have any recommendations for a keyboard and mouse also? That seams like the hardest part for me lol

And why not go for Windows 8? I hear it boots faster. I don't really mind the metro interface too much. Ill get used to it

I wouldnt go windows 8, but thats just me, thats a good build not overkill, 2 690s is overkill. As for keyboard and mouse I would go mainly with logitech, fairly priced (usually), better than razer imo.

For a mouse I would go with the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] if you're right handed, or the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] if you're left handed.

Maybe the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for a keyboard.

What's your budget though?

For windows 8, There still might be a couple programs that don't support it. Having used it, it is a pain to locate things and deal with minor bugs. (it took me a month before I was MORE comfortable with the OS) Also, it does boot faster ,but isn't necessarily better than 7
