I can mod skyrim myself but can someone put a link for a mod tool that can get you more skil points.

There is none. Currently there are no mod tools worth using for skyrim, unless you have a few hours and only want things with a 000 in front of the code, and even then only if you know the code and it has to be an item.

The only way to mod your save is by having a PC version of Skyrim. I could mod your save for you if you send me a link to it.
