Yeah he's right it doesn't happen to everyone. I run 2 xbox's and 3 laptops off the same connection and i rarely lag. And my internet sucks. It's just average dsl lol. You're best bet is to try and call you isp and see what they can do for you. They might send you a newer faster modem if worst comes to worst. I don't have the company you have, but my isp has done that for me several times in the past. GL

I would suggest buying a new router. Or if you are using a cord i would change to a router. And if this doesnt work take your computer in to get cleaned out, like get all the viruses off, and dont download bad things. I hope i helped cuz i need the rep man
