I would go with the 74u.I hate having to lug around heavier airsoft guns so it would be easier to use the 74u in my opinion.(It might change though if I knew that stats of each gun)

^- This man, I'd love to smack him over the face for basing his info off of CoD. The ak-74u isn't a ''sub'' machine gun, it chambers the 5.45 x 39 cartridge, making it an assault rifle, it is also issued with a stock, but you have more costumization possibilitie with an ak-74u.

But I would go with the AK47, they're pretty good guns.
Given what you've said though, I think you should have thorough inspection before you're allowed to own any weapon. LOL

AK47 would be the way to go, you can get ammo cheaper in bulk than the 74us which is 5.54x39, personal experience though, i would go with an SKS, same rounds as the 47 and it's a good gun. Like i said go with the 47 if that's your two choices, it has a longer barrel which means you'll hit targets more than the 74, pm if you have anymore questions.

I'm American and I don't find any use of having guns. I get having a pistol, but a Machine gun, there isn't a reason for having a gun like that.
