so i got an iphone 5 just over a month ago (January 14th) and im debating on jailbreaking it with Evasi0n but im unsure. what will happen, will my warrenty be voided (people various over the answer, some saying it does then people saying only when you change baseband)? ive been googling it around and people say that if you DFU restore its untraceable. can people please help me?

1. Yes, your warranty will be voided
2. If you don't want it anymore than just restore it through iTunes
3. Just do it.

Give me good reasons to do it and if i took my phone to the apple store after i restored it would they notice?

Yes, if you restored to a clean slate Apple wouldn't be able to tell whether you had jailbroken the phone. And in my opinion jailbreaking is definitely worth it. I had just jailbroken my iPhone 5 a few weeks ago and I love it. Just be sure that after you've jailbroken that you'll take care of your phone. If your phone were to completely stop working, you wouldn't be covered by Apple.

You want reasons to jailbreak an iPhone? Oh god i dont have all day to list the hundreds of reasons.
1. Jailbreaking is only illegal on iPads.
2. Just to be safe you can always restore it before you send it back or whatever you want to do.

i have jailbroken may devices and sent them back to Apple. Each come back fixed..
