Depends on what you wanna run.
RuneScape should run smooth.
PlanetSide 2 could have some bad FPS.
Just check CanYouRunIt

If you link the page it might be easier to judge but I wouldn't think you could run games even at medium graphic settings with a decent fps. Why not build your own? I could link the parts I'm going to use for my build if you wish which together comes to around 450

I'd say that it wouldnt be the best for gaming as you need more RAM, a higher processor and more hard-drive if you wanna run games smoothly

4GB RAM is fine for gaming and what do you mean 'more hard-drive'

I agree with a better processor and more ram, but what does having a larger hard drive have anything to do with games running smoothly?

@The OP, to be frank, that isn't a good gaming PC.

4GB would prob run games but not maxed out settings tho, and i meant get a bigger Hard-drive (if you are someone that likes to play a lot of games etc..)

A large Hard-drive is nice but not neccecary; games don't take up that much room. I have a 1Tb drive and I have hardly used up any space at all on it

Suppose, 1TB is the average amount needed but his is just over half a TB (500GB)
