If you upgrade everything you listed, it could be pretty decent.

thats a good start like people mentioned upgrade over time say you get 150$ upgrade something are your computer will be insane in no time at all.

Why not just buy a heap of trash? Seriously you will get sh*t performance from that. I don't see anything good with that and all of you saying you could upgrade are out of your mind. The cpu is a huge issue and the socket probably isn't 1155 so you can't run a modern processor. The graphics card is just as good as intel integrated graphics and the motherboard probably can't handle a modern processor.

Why not build this?

I3 3220
ASRock b75 pro3
Radeon HD 7770
500Gb Seagate drive
8GB crucial Ballistix
Zalman z11 or z9
Cheap liteon odd
Pro series 450w psu

Done for around 550 to 600 USD
