What is the L.S.P.D?

The L.S.P.D. or Los Santos Police Department is an Emergency Service Roleplay Clan that is EXCLUSIVE to the Xbox 360 Console. We do not intend on moving to PC or PS3. We currently play on Grand Theft Auto 4 and we plan on moving to Grand Theft Auto 5 upon its release. We offer a wide range of opportunities, some of which you can see below. We have been around for a year and were established October, 2011.

What does the L.S.P.D. Offer?

The Los Santos Police Department or LSPD for short offers many opportunities. We have a wide variety of divisions and we offer ,what we call,"Equal Opportunity." What Equal Opportunity basically means is that we do not turn down anyone based upon race, prior background, ethnicity, sex, etc. We like to have all of our members feel comfortable and have a great time during the clan.

What do we do?

"The Los Santos Police Department or LSPD is mainly focused on Police, but we do feature other emergency services such as Fire/Rescue. We also role play aspects of the real world such as jobs, backgrounds of individuals, and more. The way we play is simple: The leader, or host of the game will create a lobby in Team Deathmatch. These games, "Patrols" as we call them, are based on what Police do in the real world. We patrol the streets looking for crime and trying to stop it. Members who join have two options: Either join the Police or live the life of a Civilian. All clan members must be trained as a basic Police Officer before becoming a Civilian. The police side is mainly for the players who are interested and/or plan to work in the Law Enforcement field. Members who portray police officers will use their training to act as realistically as possible, creating a life-like environment during patrols. The Civilian side of the clan is a group of members who will either drive through the city performing crimes, or to just play out their life the way they want it to be. Police Officers will patrol in their division-issued vehicles and will prevent or deal with the crimes the Civilians perform. Civilians' choices are unlimited and they can do almost anything that is realistic. They're allowed to roam freely about the playing area and can choose what crimes they want to commit. They must do a set number of "Simple Calls" (Noise disturbances, fights, robberies, DUIs, etc) before doing a "Major" such as a pursuit, hostage situation, or other large-scale emergency. The choices are endless! The LSPD features a dedicated Admin staff, great members, and plenty of divisions to choose from."

Divisions:

The LSPD offers many divisions. There are two classifications on our divisions, Administrative and In-game.

In-game divisions are:

* Patrol Bureau (Primary Division)
* Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)
* Detective Bureau [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
* Fire/EMS
* Aviation [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

General Information:

* Age limit of 15+
* We preferably do not want modders, however, if you can turn your mods off, feel free to apply.
* Serious People ONLY. That means if you have prior experience in RP or have an interest in Emergency Services.
* We are a serious group and do not tolerate anything.
* We have patrols during the weekends (for the school year) and everyday during the summer
* We plan on being the best clan out there and we look for QUALITY members.
* Please be active on our forums. **MUST HAVE A COMPUTER/INTERNET ACCESS**
* You must attend a patrol once a week to be considered "active." If you have circumstances beyond your control and cannot attend once a week, but can on a bi-weekly basis, please inform us.
