So I'm with my track and field team on the track and there are other teams practicing the same time my team's practicing. Soccer and lacrosse were on the field today while I was doing sprints.

I really hate the lacrosse team because they are awful. Lacrosse team was practicing after I finished my workout and one of the players didn't catch the ball. The ball hit my foot so I picked it up... This is where everything goes wrong.

I picked up the lacrosse ball and my intentions were to give it back to one of the players but I didn't aim it just a little bit above a group of long distance runners that just finished their workout. So of course I throw the ball as hard as I can and it hits this girl straight on the side of the head!

I freaked out saying to her a million times I'm so sorry, but she said it was fine. This happened five hours ago and I still can't get over it.

Lacrosse needs to check their own balls before they can throw others. I also have played baseball for a lot of my life so, I just wasn't warmed up to throw.
