I don't believe for a second ThePro actually got reprimanded. All he'd have to scream is hacks and bam, he has the power to do anything he saw was fit. Since microsoft is a bloodthirsty corporation with sights set out on milking consumer's pockets dry and whatnot, I have no reason to believe they actually care who's banned. Because, at the end of the day, no revenue is lost and 75% of those banned people, they go make new accounts and subscriptions or buy new xbox's. And yes, I support piracy/modification fully. The whole reason piracy is there because the demands for the pricing is too high, i mean come on, $60 for a game? That's just nuts. And the modifications is a no brainer, if you buy a piece of hardware and you don't like the current state of it, why not change it to your liking? You do own it. That's towards hardware mods that benefit gameplay, such as better cooling options or maybe just a bigger harddrive. They shouldn't ban you for wanting to better your gameplay. But like online mods, yeah those are fun as ****, but they sometimes ruin the gameplay where it's not wanted but like the lobbies offering slow motion and whatnot on call of duty, those are fun because it's out of the norm. I'm just saying how bad this whole situation got blown out of proportion.

just to put it out there he cannot see if you are using it so even if you were there is no way of him being able to tell we are in the age of HD and HD Sound if he took one step you could have worked out where he was so dont worry about it take a photo and post it up i think pro was trying to worry you if you were clean and he said that it shows like i said they cant tell
