In my team all of my players have a 9 chemistry, apart from Thiago Silva who is on a slightly lower 7 chemistry.
How much difference will there be in his performance if he is on a chemistry of 7 instead of 9?

His in-game stats will drop a bit. If you post your squad someone may be able to help you get him up to 9 chem.
