You can get the Perma perk though on die rise, and tranzit. Killing zombies with a lot of explosions and a green mist appears. When you actually get PHD then it will be Super PHD Flopper

Usually they say they can't help you with it because they can lose their job.

Nah man you don't call them, Well you can...But it takes awhile. you go to callofduty.com and go to their support page, Once you get there you choose your issues then you wait till they can get to you. I could post the whole chat if I wanted to but its pretty long
